Responsible for U12 girls and U17 boys teams playing in WYS and PDL.
2007-2008 Director of Coaching Mt. Rainier FC.
Responsible for establishing training programs for U11 – U18 boys and girls teams.
Served as a liaison with other clubs and organizations. Evaluated and recruited coaches and provided analyses to guide player/team development.
2003-2009 MRSA Storm/Thunder.
Worked with U13/U16 girls to compete in WYS. Provided individual player analysis and evaluations. Successes included Portland Cup, Sun and Surf Cup,
Snohomish Invite, Washington Cup and D1 status for both teams.

Responsible for facilitating training, camps and team development within Association.
2003-2010 Multiple School Programs.
Worked with various programs at local schools which include Sumner High School, Stadium High School, Aylen Junior High and Edgemont Junior High.

Worked with U14 boys to prepare for regional competition.

Coached P1 U18 boy’s team. Season resulted in success at tournament /league season with offers of college scholarships for multiple individuals.

Conducted day/residential camps in Minnesota. Assistant local coaches with team development.
1997-1999 Director of Coaching Great Plains Soccer Association (South Dakota)
Coordination and training of 15 teams. Conducted coaching and license clinics.
1989-1997 Head Coach Cwmbran Town AFC (Wales, UK).
Worked with U16 and U18 boys academy teams. Resulted in several players playing senior soccer and others achieving professional status. Won the National
Youth Cup in 1997. Education 1999 Sports Diploma in personal training, instruction and nutrition.
