The Girls coaching staff is full of experienced, licensed and professional coaches.  SHSC Director of Coaching Greg Howes USSF "A" will also be working with all SHSC Coaches.  The current staff consists of all levels of licensing as well countless years of experience coaching at levels ranging from youth, ODP, H.S, College, Semi-Pro and Professionally.  The SHSC has a staff comparable to any club in the NW and is continually looking to upgrade its staff.  The Jr. Development program is aimed at making sure our coaches are getting players who have been taught the correct way. Many of our full time staff coaches train in the Academy program.  All SHSC coaches meet all  WSYSA requirements for youth soccer coaches.
